About Us
Teresa and Mark have been dancing Salsa for 8 years and teaching for 5, they are associates of the United Kingdom Alliance (UKA) and have their Teacher of Dancing qualification with this awarding body.
After recently moving to Northamptonshire they have setup Salsa classes in Kettering at ABACUS (formerly known as O'malleys), and The Pemberton Centre in Rushden, offering classes from complete beginners through to intermediate level and more recently intermediate+.
Their style is On1 Crossbody style, combining smooth and dynamic moves taken from influences throughout the UK and Mexico where they spent 6 months in 2006.
Teresa and Mark believe that anyone can learn to dance and we welcome you along to give Salsa a try... most don't look back and we welcome any age, any background and any level of fitness! Salsa can turn into a long term hobby and the enjoyment it gives, the friends you make and the wellbeing influence it has on the body are all benefits that you gain along the way! We operate a very friendly and professional attitude and we look forward to seeing you in our classes!

We can tailor the event to your request, offering a fun group lesson or basic footwork as an ice breaker or to get people into the mood, and on the dance floor, ladies or mens shines and footwork for a single sex group, or a brief demo.
